Before making payment to your course, please read the following. If you agree to these terms and conditions please go ahead with payment. 

Once you have booked your course all payments will be non transferable and non refundable if you need to cancel or rearrange less than two weeks before your course. 

If Pretty Little Lashes need to cancel your course you will be offered an alternative date or refund. 


It is the students responsibility to find a model for the training date, Pretty Little Lashes will try their best to find the student a model If needed however it is the students responsibility. If your model is required to have patch test for the course, this needs to be carried out a minimum of 48 hours before your training date.

Please accept every case study won’t be accepted, this is to help the student improve. Pretty Little Lashes will provide further help and guidance, the student will need to follow this advice to pass their case studies. Case studies must be submitted within 6  months of training.
